We treat all ages and have experience in helping clients with processing trauma, fostering sensory integration, self-expression, and motor planning, creating healthy boundaries, learning to identify and manage strong feelings, replacing negative thinking patterns, and increasing adaptability.
Our small group sessions are led by master's level board-certified art therapists and are based on common therapeutic goals. A one-time intake evaluation is required to participate in groups at Indigo. Please contact us to learn more about our current active and seasonal art therapy groups at Indigo.
