Arts & Wellness Workshops
Our self-guided workshop series invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage in the creative process at your own pace. The experience includes a creative intention setting prompt, a gentle somatic warm up incorporating breathwork and mindful movement, and a guided art making activity designed to encourage self-expression, reflection, and curiosity.
No prior art experience is needed. Simply bring your materials, an open mind, and a willingness to explore creativity as a tool for self-discovery and wellness.
