Beyond Baby: Identity in early motherhood
Indigo is proud to announce a group that we've been planning for some time now! Indigo art therapist, Jeanette Bullock, will lead this weekly art therapy group, which will explore the intricacies of new motherhood and identity, and will examine how societal expectations impact our experience. This group will take place on Sundays at 11:00 am, October 5 - November 9. Cost is $65/session. Limited sliding scale spots available.

Non-Clinical Arts & Wellness Workshops
Arts & Wellness workshops are non-clinical creativity workshops designed to offer the opportunity for individuals to focus on self-care, self-expression, mindfulness, and connection, while learning a new skill in a safe, supportive group setting. Indigo currently offers virtual and in-person non-clinical workshops for private groups and community outreach. Please contact us to learn more about booking specialized services and programs for your group or organization.
