At Indigo, we offer art therapy groups and creativity workshops for children, teens, and adults. Our small group sessions are led by credentialed art therapists and are based on common therapeutic goals.
Space is limited in groups and workshops and pre-registration is required. Most art therapy groups are offered on a seasonal basis. Please contact us for details and current group availability.
Creative Coping Skills for Kids & Teens
Creative Coping group helps individuals learn to manage strong feelings, set healthy boundaries, practice self-care, develop a sense of self-compassion, and cultivate resilience through learning creative mindfulness skills in a safe and supportive small group setting. Separate groups middle school and high school aged students are offered on a limited and seasonal basis. Please schedule a consultation to join our groups waitlist or register.
Art and Healing for Adults
Art therapy groups for adults are new to Indigo! Weekly group sessions will support adults in coping with feelings of depression and anxiety in a safe, supportive small group setting. Whether you are struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, all adults are welcome for this group to help you tap into your creativity and express your emotions through art for a healing experience. We will use a variety of artistic mediums, including sculpture, collage, guided drawing, and intuitive painting.

Creative Catalyst Workshops
Creative Catalyst workshops are non-clinical creativity workshops designed to offer the opportunity for individuals to focus on self-care, self-expression, mindfulness, and connection, while learning a new skill in a safe, supportive group setting. Indigo currently offers virtual and in-person Creative Catalyst workshops for private groups and community outreach.
