Creative Healing


Indigo Art Therapy Studio is dedicated to making the healing power of art safe and accessible. At Indigo, we love empowering people to discover and harness their own creativity. Art therapy engages the mind, body, and spirit in ways that are distinct from verbal expression alone. Our board-certified art therapists facilitate individuals of all ages and abilities in the creative process, incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques for an integrative approach to healing.


Individual Art Therapy

We treat all ages and have experience in helping clients with processing trauma, fostering sensory integration, self-expression, and motor planning, creating healthy boundaries, learning to identify and manage strong feelings, replacing negative thinking patterns, and increasing adaptability. 


Art Therapy Groups

Small group art therapy sessions are led by master's level board-certified art therapists and are based on common therapeutic goals. A one-time intake evaluation is required to participate in art therapy groups at Indigo. Virtual and in-person groups are available for all ages and abilities.


Virtual Support

Indigo Art Therapy Studio is currently providing all services virtually to accommodate for varying needs, enhance accessibility, and to promote public health and safety. Individual art therapy, group art therapy, workshops, community outreach, and yoga are available via telehealth platforms.


Intentional Workshops

Creative Catalyst is a self-care workshop series for adults and hosted by Indigo art therapists. These workshops offer the opportunity for adults to focus on mindful self-care and connection while learning a new skill in a safe, supportive small group setting. Workshops may be replicated off-site or on-site for private groups upon request.


Art + Yoga Sessions

Personalized one-on-one art + yoga wellness sessions that incorporate intuitive art making, guided visualization, breath work, gentle movement, and mindfulness practices to cultivate healing for the mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are helpful for stress relief, self-care, and self-expression. Available virtual or in person.
