Individual Art Therapy

Individuals we work with are often considered creative or highly sensitive. We treat all ages and have experience in helping clients with processing trauma, fostering sensory integration, self-expression, and motor planning, creating healthy boundaries and self-care practices, learning to identify and manage strong feelings, replacing negative thinking patterns, and increasing adaptability.

Group Art Therapy

Our small group sessions are led by master's level board-certified art therapists and are based on common therapeutic goals. A one-time intake evaluation is required to participate in groups at Indigo. Please contact us to learn more about our current active and seasonal art therapy groups at Indigo.
