Our Creative Catalyst workshop series is designed for adults, with a focus on mindful self-care, connection, and self-exploration.
Workshops begin with an intentional warm-up, followed by guided art-making. For closing, instead of a group critique, we take time to talk about the art making process and products, from a place of non-judgment. Through this process, we are able to gain new insights and perspectives while learning a new skill.
Creative Catalyst workshops take place on select Fridays from 6:30 until approximately 9:00 pm. Workshop descriptions are listed below, with dates listed or TBD. Most workshops can be replicated for private gatherings. Please email for details.
All workshops require advanced registration of $45. Proceeds from these workshops support our art therapy programs for artists with disabilities. Limited scholarships are available upon request.
The scope of this workshop series is recreational self-care and creativity. These workshops are intended to supplement, not replace, treatment from a mental health clinician.
